We go beneath the surface to the patterns that have been quietly running your responses - the neural pathways formed through years of experience. Awareness is the first step to change.
Feel to Heal
NAVIGATE - Body awareness and release
The most powerful session of the week. Using body awareness tools and guided breathwork, we access what the mind alone cannot reach. Emotions stored in the body begin to move.
Release It
LET GO - Releasing what no longer serves you
Using the evidence-based expressive writing approach, we give voice to what has never been spoken. You will leave this session lighter than you arrived.
Come Home to Yourself
OWN & CONNECT - Returning to your true self
We celebrate how far you've come and reconnect with your core values - the foundation of who you are beyond your roles. You leave with a daily anchor practice to carry forward.
